The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Light & Power Employees Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Radisson Hotel, Carlisle Bay, Aquatic Gap, St. Michael. This event is more than just a meeting—it’s an opportunity for members to make their voices heard, play a role in shaping the credit union’s future, and celebrate the spirit of community and cooperation. Attendees will have the chance to connect with fellow members, elect future leaders, and learn how the credit union continues to grow stronger together.

Board of Directors - Candidates (2025)

Carlisle Paul

  • Mr. Carlisle Paul is the Finance Manager of Fund Access where he has served for over 25 years
  • He oversees financial & management reporting and provides financial guidance to leadership and clients.
  • With advanced knowledge of reporting standards, financial oversight and risk management, he believes he would bring valuable expertise to the Credit Union.
  • Known for his analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and discretion, he offers a wealth of experience and strong professional relationships to support the Credit Union’s continued growth.

Keisha Morris

  • Ms Keisha Morris is an IT Professional with over ten years of diversified IT experience.
  • She is currently employed by the BL&P where she works helping to ensure the integrity, security and availability of the company’s data.
  • She previously served on the Supervisory Committee and has held the post of Secretary on the Board of Directors for the past three years.
  • Keisha would relish the opportunity to continue to serve the Credit Union in order to help drive and support enhanced operational efficiency and member-focused innovation.

Nekisa Harris

  • Ms. Nekisa Harris has served as the Office Manager at Advance Caribbean Bds Ltd for the past nine years, with the last three years as Director.
  • Her passion for serving her team, clients and family has been the driving force behind her professional growth and accomplishments
  • Nekisa brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and loan lending policies, which enables her to make sound, strategic decisions that align with the goals and mission of the Credit Union.

Reginald Parris

  • Mr. Reginald Parris is a former President of the Credit Union and has played a key role in its development, contributing over 25 years of dedicated service
  • A strong advocate for volunteerism, he remains committed to working with members to help achieve the Credit Union’s goals.
  • Mr. Parris is currently employed as a Distribution Supervisor at the Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd.

Rhe-Ann Niles-Mapp

  • Mrs. Rhe-Ann Niles-Mapp is a Data Quality Analyst at the Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd.
  • She has served on the Supervisory Committee for the past four years, holding the position of Chairperson for two of those years.
  • Rhe-Ann remains committed to supporting the Credit Union’s growth and governance through active and dedicated service.

Tracia Seifert-Licorish

  • Mrs. Tracia Seifert-Licorish is an HR Professional with over 15 years in the field.
  • She holds a masters in HR and a Law degree.
  • Tracia has served on the Board of Directors for the past three years, including one year as Treasurer.
  • She has previously served on the Supervisory Committee.
  • Deeply committed to the success of the Credit Union, she hopes to continue contributing to its growth and development.

Supervisory Committee - Candidates (2025)

Allana Goodridge

  • Miss Allana Goodridge has been a member of the Credit Union all her life.
  • Her interest in the movement grew during a summer internship, which later led to her role as a Member Services Representative.
  • Allana has served on the Supervisory committee for the past three years and remains committed to contributing meaningfully to the Credit Union and its continued success.

Azari Jordan

  • Azari Jordan is a Motor Transport Mechanic in the Distribution section of Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd
  • He is a passionate and driven individual with a growing interest in the inner workings of the corporate world.
  • Azari believes that the experience gained through serving his Credit Union will play a valuable role in shaping him into a more well-rounded professional.

Janine Corbin

  • Janine Corbin has recently completed her BSc Social Science degree from UWI Cave Hill Campus
  • She has a keen interest in serving her Credit Union after becoming a member
  • Janine wishes to volunteer her time and make a valuable contribution in hopes of improving the success of the Credit Union

Tonya Forde

  • Ms. Tonya Forde is currently employed in the Offshore Sector as Program Manager where she is currently responsible for all onshore participating structures management.
  • She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Banking and Finance obtained from UWI and an Anti-Money Laundering Certification.
