Online Bank Transfer Request Service

The Bank Transfer Request Service allows members of The Light & Power Employees Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (LPECCUL) to transfer funds from their credit union account to an external bank account. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to request a transfer and outlines important terms and conditions.

How to Request a Bank Transfer

Step 1: Access the Request Form

Visit the LPECCUL website.
Navigate to Home > Bank Transfer Request.
Click on the Bank Transfer Request form to begin.

Step 2: Complete the Request Form

Fill out the required fields accurately:
1. Personal Information
2. Bank Transfer Details
3. Consent & Agreement
4. Review the Deposit Transfer Agreement and tick the checkbox to confirm agreement before submitting.

Step 3: Submit the Form

Review all entered details for accuracy.
Click the Submit button to send your request for processing.

Transfer Request Terms & Conditions

Processing Time: Transfer requests received by 11:00 AM (Monday – Friday) will be processed on the same day. Requests received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Non-Processing Days: Transfers will not be processed on weekends or bank holidays.

Verification: All direct deposit requests are subject to verification. Funds will only be transferred after successful verification.

Confirmation: Contact your receiving bank to confirm that the transfer has been completed.
